Nowhere Playables is an internal work tool of Nowhere Pro for reviewing playable ads. It is not a public service: accounts are approved by an administrator.
Nowhere Pro runs the service and decides what is done with the data described here. For any question or request about your data, contact your Nowhere Pro representative.
Account data: your email, nickname, interface language, and an optional avatar picture. Authentication runs on Google Firebase: your password is stored by Google and this service never sees it. If you sign in with Google, we receive the name of your Google account; it is not stored, but administrators see it for accounts that have not applied yet, and it is suggested as your nickname.
Content: the comments you leave and what you attach to them — screenshots, drawings, video clips and audio recordings — shown with your nickname to the other reviewers of the same playable.
Technical records: which review links you opened while signed in (other reviewers of that link see your nickname when they mention someone), and the dates your records were created and updated.
To provide the review tool you asked for — sign-in, comments, notifications to the team about your access request; to manage who has access; and to keep the service secure. There is no marketing and no profiling.
Cloudflare (hosting, storage and the administrator sign-in), Google Firebase (authentication; its scripts load from gstatic.com), Telegram (a notification to the team about your access request, with your nickname and email), and email to the administrators about each confirmed access request (nickname, email and the time of the request). Comments are never sent to Telegram or by email.
On the servers of Cloudflare and Google, which may be outside your country, including the United States. Both providers process it under their standard data-protection terms.
No analytics, no tracking, no advertising, and no sale of data. The service sets no cookies of its own; browser storage keeps only interface preferences, your sign-in session (Firebase), and a local cache.
Your account and comments are kept until an administrator deletes the account. Comments cleared from a project when its build is updated stay in an archive for a period the administrator sets (14 days by default) and are then deleted. Comments may remain in project records after the account is deleted, and the record of which links you opened stays with those links. To request deletion, contact your Nowhere Pro representative.
You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, and object to or restrict its processing; your nickname and interface language you can change yourself in your profile. Requests go to your Nowhere Pro representative. You may also complain to the data-protection authority of your country.
All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), the administrator area is behind Cloudflare Access, passwords are held by Google only, and requests are rate-limited against abuse. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
The service is not intended for children. By using it you confirm you are an adult.
